Return Policy

• Not Satisfied with your purchase for some reason? We accept returns for store credit only in the form of a gift card, if postmarked within 1-8 calendar days of being delivered to you.

•Cost of shipping for returns - Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return items, unless it was due to an error made by us.

•Due to styles & inventory changing quickly, We do NOT accept any returns after 8 days of delivery - If we receive a return after 8 days of delivery, the customer can choose to pay for shipping to have sent back.

• Anything purchased on SALE is not eligible for return or exchange (price markdowns, BOGO items, Final Sale items).

• All accessories are final sale. These items include jewelry, hats, hair accessories & shoes.

• If item(s) do not have their original tags attached and/or are damaged, broken or appear to be washed and/or worn, including, but not limited to stains, deodorant stains, makeup, pet hair, cigarette smoke and/or perfume, no credit will be issued.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements and can be returned to the customer at their own expense.

•We are dedicated to helping you have a positive customer experience, so we will work to get refunds and store credit processed, but please understand this process can take up to one week from the time the return was received*
